Join us on Saturday, 8/23 for a post-bookstore crawl reception! We welcome back New York Times-bestselling author & musician Elijah Wald for a book signing and live music set.

Elijah Wald has published more than a thousand articles, mostly about folk, roots and international music for various magazines and newspapers, including twenty years as "world music" writer for the Boston Globe. He’s written over a dozen books on disparate aspects of music including Escaping the Delta, Jelly Roll Blues, Narcocorrido, and How the Beatles Destroyed Rock 'n' Roll. Dylan Goes Electric was the basis for the 2025 blockbuster film A Complete Unknown.

Free refreshments & extended in-store shopping hours will be available. 

$5-$10 suggested donation encouraged, event begins at 7:00 PM.
