Bookish Notions Joins the Philadelphia Bookstore Crawl!

A new bookstore that just opened this past January, Bookish Notions in Media, PA is joining in the Philly Bookstore Crawl this year with extended hours and a special sale where you can get 10% off your whole order if you spend $50 or more.

Here’s what they’re up to, right from the shop!

The store is open 10-8 that day (extended hours). We will also have a special sale going on where you get 10% off of your entire order if you spend $50 or more.

10:00am Picture Book Event for Good Grief Griff with author Sue Bogan and illustrator Brittni Hribar (who also painted the mural in our kids' section!). Children and their grownups are welcome! Event will include a read-aloud of the book and other engaging activities. Copies of the book will be on sale for 10% off and can be signed.

6:30 to 8:00pm Queer Open Mic at the store. Come share a reading (your own or from a published work) or a musical selection or just support the performers as an audience member!
